Securely place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Our Workshop
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location for tracked delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
